John Nobes
Managing Director

John has been involved in property development for the past 23+ years and also has over 30+ years’ experience in the building industry. After the successful renovation and sale of a property he developed alongside his brother Paul, this became the catalyst which lead to the formation of Infinity Group.

John has always enjoyed property renovation and development, so when the opportunity arose to start Infinity Group it felt like the natural thing to do. Infinity Group now employs over 45 staff and various sub-contractors across our numerous sites. As John has always been interested in property design and interiors, he is now the lead designer for Infinity Group, and works alongside various Architects who all contribute in helping to achieve the Infinity look everyone expects. John selects all the internal and external finishes and works closely with private clients and purchasers to help them achieve their desired look. He also offers design advice with their interiors and helps source the numerous high end products working with our long list of trusted suppliers.

Paul Nobes
Managing Director

Paul has been involved in property development for the past 23+ years and has over 30+ years’ experience in the building industry.

Infinity Group was set-up in partnership with his brother John after buying and renovating their first local property and continuing to renovate several more.

At this point he realised his passion for property development, Infinity Group now employs over 45 staff plus many sub-contractors across numerous sites. Establishing that they have completely different skill sets, Paul oversees the financial and legal side of the company, negotiating new site purchases and liaising with the planning department plus establishing new relationships with clients looking to invest in our properties and invest in future developments.

Andy Stuart
Director

Andy is the longest serving member of staff, with his intended summer of labouring so far resulting in 15+ years of service.

Despite going to University in the interim, Andy has been involved in the majority of Infinity developments and private client builds to date. In doing so, he has gained a wealth experience in a diversity of projects that have been undertaken as the company has grown. During this time he has also completed his HND in Construction and the Built Environment.

An integral member of the team, Andy now has an overarching responsibility for all current and future Infinity projects from a project and contract management standpoint, with a specific focus on the commercial aspect.

Sam Rowe
Sales

With over 15 years of experience spanning the insurance and property markets in Guernsey, Sam brings a great wealth of experience to his role at Infinity.

As well as heading up the property sales for the group, Sam is point of contact for all purchasers of Infinity properties, liaising with purchaser & site. Sam’s excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills has been a great asset to the company and he also provides an excellent after sales service to our clients.

Sam is also now the proud owner of an Infinity property.

Neil Gillam
Site Manager

Neil joined the company in 2019 to assist with our private client builds and grow our small works department.

Neil is a City & Guilds Qualified carpenter/joiner with over 23 years experience in carpentry joinery and construction. With Neil’s extensive knowledge in general site management and experience in the general building trades Neil is a tremendous asset to the team.

Neil has completed many domestic & commercial projects throughout Guernsey and is looking forward to expanding the smaller domestic branch of Infinity Construction.

Ryan Vedier
Site Manager

Ryan joined Infinity in June 2021 as a Trainee Project Manager, having settled in quickly Ryan has established himself as the Project Manager of “The Lea” development.

His construction career started off as a Trainee Site Engineer going through 4 years of training at the CofFE and completed his HNC in Construction & the Built Environment. During which time Ryan gained as much knowledge and experience necessary to develop his career in Project Management.

Ryan has joined Infinity to further develop his career, with a keen focus on residential developments.

Dave Stuart
Quantity Surveyor

Dave joined the company in 2021 with over 11 years of experience of working in the Guernsey construction industry. Having worked on some of Guernsey’s largest and most technical projects over the last decade, spanning private residential, housing association, retail, hospitality and educational buildings, Dave brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Whist working, Dave completed a full time BSc (Hons) Construction Management Degree in 2017 with London South Bank University and became a Chartered Construction Manager in 2019 with The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Daves day to day role focuses on the commercial management of many of the current Infinity projects, as well as reviewing the viability of prospective future work.

Steve Woods
Project Design Co-Ordinator

Steve joined Infinity Construction in 2021, with over 12 years of experience working in the Architectural Sector of the construction industry.

His wealth of knowledge & experience in this sector has made him a valuable asset to the Infinity team.

Steve’s job role is varied, ranging from liaising with the project design teams one day, to health & safety co-ordinator the next.

Sam Ellis
Ground Works Manager

Sam has had 29 years experience in the construction industry, starting with a five year stonemasonry/trowel trades apprenticeship and then leading on to having his own
successful business for 13 years.

Along side the business he developed two properties. This sparked an interest and followed with him joining a small local developer for a couple of years. For the last nine years, Sam has been a contracts manager for guernseys leading stone contractor involved with some of their biggest commercial and private client builds. He is now looking forwards to sharing his experience with infinity construction group.

When not building he will be somewhere on or under the water with the family.

Daren Dupre
Site Manager

Daren joined the company in February 2022 and brings 30 years management experience previously working in Housing, food retail and optical retail support.

Having a keen interest in building projects, attention to detail and being client focussed his experience fits well within private client builds.

He is looking forward to learning more within the construction industry and to playing a key role at Infinity Construction.

Gareth Banton
Quantity Surveyor

Gareth Joined Infinity Construction In 2023 with over 10 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, working on a number of private residential, commercial and education projects.

Whilst working, Gareth studied with the Guernsey College of Further Education for his HNC in Construction and the Built Environment before going on to complete his distance learning BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying with the University College of Estate Management in 2020. 

Gareth’s day to day role will focus on the commercial management of current Infinity Projects as well as cost planning future projects.

Kelly Turian
Office Administrator

Kelly joined the Company in 2019 to assist with day to day administration and support of not only the office, but for our numerous sites.

She has worked 22 years within the finance industry and also 4 years within a facilities company, where she has assisted in everything from Purchase / Sales Ledgers and basic accounting, Project and general administration, which brings further knowledge to our ever growing team.

Andrew Sparks
Company Accountant

Andrew joined the company in June 2022 after having spent 32 years in Accountancy across the Banking, Retail, Wholesaling and Property Rental sectors.

He has accumulated extensive financial experience in the production of Management Accounts, in addition he is involved in the development of internal controls and procedures, as well as financial advice and support to the board during a time of considerable expansion within the company.

Chris Pearce
Project Manager

Chris joined the company in June 2022 with over 18 years of experience working in the Construction Industry, having previously completed a HND in Civil Engineering.

Chris has lived in Guernsey for 9 years and has worked on some of the largest most technical projects, with experience in private residential, housing association, retail, hospitality and educational buildings.

Before moving to Guernsey Chris worked across the world on large scale civil engineering projects.

He has an extensive broad experience of managing construction sites and is looking forward to playing a key role in Infinity Construction.

James Mapley
Trainee Site Manager

James joined Infinity Construction in September 2021, and has over 15 years’ experience in the building industry, specialising in carpentry. He has worked throughout all areas of construction from small works and renovations, now focussing on larger building developments and high specification private client builds. James is City and Guilds qualified in carpentry and joinery, and has a Diploma CIOB Level 4 in Construction Site Management. James quickly established himself as a great asset to Infinity, bringing with him a high level of skill within the carpentry team. James is looking to develop further and broaden his skill set as he progresses through towards Site Management.
